What a joke ! Sent item for repair 3 weeks later an still waiting , unhelpful staff .quote it's being a problem and will be with you soon .that's all you will hear off these jokers . Would not trust em to wire a plug .And you pay upfront so your over the barrel , they got 400 worth of equipment and your money.should be renamed m bull s??t.

Sounds like an unfairly slating review for what must be a problem device. If you have a little more patience I'm sure they will be able to fix your repair.
