I submitted my 3gs which had locked up in ‘restore mode’ Having enquired further afield and prior to coming across this website it seemed pretty hopeless to expect a fix However thanks to Stewart (iPhone Repairs & Spares Ltd engineer) I now have a working model The excellent one-to-one communications were brilliant The patience and time taken to explain my problems were more than exceptional After the repairs were completed - the return of my phone arrived as promised next day I cannot recommend the company enough - from the time I first made contact through to completion was the best I have experienced for many a year Thank you to all the staff involved and particularly to Stewart McDonald Regards Bob
