Overall selling recyclingy old mobile phone was good. Fast notifications from the team offering step by step where they are at with reviewing your handset. Downsize is the site should state amount may differ from original price quoted depending on condition. It should be made clearer. I contacted the help line quoted on the site and the answer and communication between myself and staff were great, they put me at ease.
