I have used Tiger Recycle twice and have received cheque payments for both phones. During the first transaction, I received a chasing reminder to send the phone, yet had not yet received the postage bag, though the second transaction was straight forward. No complaints with either deal though and I found Tiger Recycle to be reliable - I'd use them again.

I chose them because they offered the best price, however the service was horrendously poor. Took over a week to send the envelope, and over two weeks to acknowledge receipt of the phone. Even had the cheek to email me asking if I had sent the phone! Honestly thought I had been scammed and wouldn't hear from them again. As soon as I replied saying I sent it ages ago the phone almost instantly mysteriously appeared out of nowhere and there had obviously been 'technical issues' and 'payment issues'. But I did get pain eventually. I wouldn't be surprised if this company is a bit of a sham in all honesty.

I received regular updates by e-mail of the progress of my order and once processed received my cheque within 3 days of being processed, took probably 12 days in total from the day I posted it to the day I received the cheque.

Was easy to enter the details on the website, they advised me when they received the phone, tested and a cheque was promptly received. I would use this service again.

I spent an hour or so going through all the different comparison sites. We wanted to recycle the phone as we had an upgrade. Then I came across Tiger Recycle and to be honest had never heard of them but gave me the higest price. Rather than wait for their freepost pack I sent the phone off special delivery to their address online. The next day the money was in my bank account (my chosen payment form). I would without a doubt use this company again. Very professional, efficient and trustworthy!!

Checked out other recycling sites this offered beast price. It was very simple to do sent my phone off and within days the money was sent to my preffered choice. Excellent no quibble service would recommend.
