Sent a perfectly good working phone. They tried to claim it was faulty. Being a sceptic I'd taken photos of it's condition and showing it fully working. They backed down, but not after claiming they would pay as a gesture of goodwill, how noble of them. There are many reputable companies out there recycling old mobiles but this isn't one of them.
