If I could give them minus stars I would!!!! Never trust them I sent an immaculate phone to them with box and all accessorys they recon it's damaged and offered me 100 less or return phone without box and accessories apsalute theifes, don't even send you an email to let you know you have to ring them and chase it up, apsalute appalling customer service don't trust them in the slightest Recived phone back today without a mark on it so they were trying to rip me off for £100 appalling company who won't answer the phone to you I'd rather bin my phone than them make money from me

I would give less than 1 star if I could. They had my phone and sent me an abysmal revised offer. They claimed that there was damage to the screen before they opened the box. The phone was sent in near perfect condition, had always been kept in a case. I even sent photo's of the phone to them to prove this, but they dismissed it. They tell you that insure your device for £100 against loss or damage in transit. Yet, when I asked about claiming for the damage they could not provide any insurance details, and told me that they did not take any photographs of the packaging when it arrived so any claim would be rejected. How convenient? Please beware of this company. The director has dissolved several companies of a similar nature over the past few years. Check out their companies house profile and make your own mind up.

Sadly this company is typical of this type of ‘we buy any product’ offer a high price to hook you in them appear to make up product ‘defects’ to drop the offer price. Relying on people not being bothered to cancel or make a fuss. Never deal with them again but will always use Mazuma who give you quoted price with no question.

Sent a 2 year old phone from them as they were offering best price. They knocked £25 off for a tiny scratch that is barely visible. I wrote and said the phone is sold as second hand not new, but they wouldn't budge. They clearly plan on never giving you the value advertised. Accepted offer 3 weeks ago -still not paid. No replies to emails or web chat, and phone number disconnects. Please avoid!

Used their site to request a free postage pack to sell my phone - Order Number: 10010). Pack arrived a few days letter and I sent my phone to them. Checked the next day 03/09/22 and it was confirmed on royal mails website that it had been received and signed for. Emailed on the 05/09 for an update and although website says response will be no later than 24hours. I didn't hear back, so decided to send another email on 07/09 for an update. However, 24 hours have now passed and I still haven't had a response to either email. Not a good sign at all, starting to get the impression that this company is not legit and have taken my phone. Have used other compared in the past and have never experienced anything like this before. Will be raising a complaint to Companies House in the coming days if I do not get a response.

Sent my tablet to this company 2 weeks ago. I tried to contact them via telephone, but the number does not work?! (dodgey). So proceeded to e-mail them as i had not even received an order number/confirmation e-mail in relation to the sale of my tablet! (still don't). However, they did e-mail me back to this, and informed me the money for the tablet would be in my account by Monday 8th June, even sooner depending on my bank. It is now Tuesday the 9th and there is no money in my account. Needless to say it's been over a week, bac transfers do not take that long. I have e-mailed them in relation to this, this morning, but am yet to here anything. Sounds like people have had issues like this in the past? Any words of wisdom/advice would be appreciated. I may even be writing this to provoke a response out of the company as it seems to have worked previously.

Order number 8166. I found Reycleur mobile very good. They phoned me with a more accurate phone price based on a few miner phone errors which I was happy with. The money was in my bank 3 days later. Very helpful man on the phone to talk me through every stage. Great customer service. Thank you.

They have a Good user friendly website, Good price offered for phone when compared to other phone recycling services, easy free procedure to send phone to Recycle UR Phone and through out I received great communications and swift payment.

Sent my working iphone 4S 10 days ago and still have not heard anything from the company. I have sent 2 emails but no response and the phone number does not work. Please help me get my money!

I sent two S2's, the offered price for one was reduced by £5 due to a "crack" which my photos of the phone taken prior to sending do not show, however I was happy with the offer and the full price was paid for the other phone (in worse condition!) The jiffy bag sent to pack the phones in was pathetic, there was no room for two phone never mind the "plenty of bubble wrap" recommended. Although payment was delayed, it was made immediately after I contacted them. All in all I'm happy with the transaction.

sent the phones off but Post Office refused them in the jiffy Bag provided and insisted as batteries involved i needed a box. when the phones received they tried to knock me down from the £30 offered to £5. said they couldn't get the sim card out - strange for a company that recycles phones! after about six emails over which they gradually increased their offer i got the agreed amount. Communication and response to emails was good. i was told I had to record the postage but then I did have to chase to get the money for that refunded. They claim there was a chip on the phone- once they have it is is hard to argue your case so if I used again I would personally advise photographing the phone before postage.

I was initially pleasantly surprised to see prices well above competitors but then no freepost jiffy bag arrived within 24 hours as advised and there contact phone number is 'unobtainable'. Any company without a working phone number sounds dodgy - have not risked sending my phone at my expense as suspect that would be the last I hear.

This company offer high price quotes, then once they receive your phone they 'revise' their offer to a considerably lower price. I have sent many old phones to mobile recycling companies in the past, and have never come across such an unprofessional and deceiving response. My iPhone 5c was used but in an excellent condition and full working order. I felt the price they offered pre delivery was fair, however they revised their offer stating that it was still 'higher than other companies'. This was in no way true at all, and once I made this clear to them they responded that after 'retesting the phone, actually it was worth more' and offered a higher price. Still way under what they had initially offered me. I can only presume they do this and hope people simply accept the revised offer. Do not use this company, they will rip you off and waste your time. Absolutely terrible!
