Still waiting for my money

RPC quoted the best price for my HTC one X so I duly sent it to them on 17th June. They provided a very thin padded envelope and a Freepost sticker. There was an option to send the phone special delivery but that cost quite a bit more.

I received an email on 19th June saying that they received the phone and it was undergoing testing. The communication from them then ceased.

A couple of days later I checked my account and the phone had passed testing so all I had to do was wait for my money. It's now that 12th July and I still haven't received anything.

Quite how this poor excuse for a company stays in business is anyone's guess.

Yes, they normally quote the best prices for phones but it would seem that this is because they don't actually pay anyone!

Shocking from start to finish and the only recommendation I can give is to steer well clear and use someone else who, whilst they might not quote as high a price, will actually send you some money.
