Everything sounded great from their website and the price they offered was good but they ignored my email and had to call them to get payment to be sent. They have had my phone for over 2 1/2 weeks and still waiting for the payment. i normally use envirophone who did not offer as much as rpc but have always sent the payment within a few days. Won't be recommending to anyone i know.
