sent 6 phones of low value as first transaction, no problems.
weeks later sent 2 higher value phones, both known to be fully working, and got some bull about one phone camera not working and a reduced payment offer.
The service is simple to use, but TRUST is a big issue here. i know both cameras were working when sent, so are they just trying to save money on the payout?? i think so. Dishonest.

At P4P we always thoroughly test all devices we receive. If a fault is discovered we email the Customer with describing the fault with a revised offer which is always fair and commensurate to the fault.

If the Customer is not satisfied their device(s) are returned to the Customer Free of Charge.

At P4P we offer a very stream-lined service. The Customer first creates an online order, then receives a Freepost bag to send their device(s) to P4P, which is followed by prompt payments using a number of payment methods.

Having spoken to my colleague, we do recall the particular order described in this review. These devices where returned to the Customer free of charge. Therefore no losses were incurred by the Customer in using P4P, and he is free to seek alternatives.

We always do our very utmost to maintain our excellent level of service, which is always fair and honest.

After expressing your unhappyness with our price, we offered images to further illustrate the issue and to return your devices free of charge as is our promise. However the payment was still requested despite our offer of free return postage at no loss to yourself, there was little more we were able to do.
