My daughter sent her phone in good faith and it has been retained on the basis of spurious and inconsistent information from CheckMend and/or the original distributors of the phone. O2 have been worse than useless and my daughter has "lost" a phone which she bought with her own money. Disgraceful buck-passing from all concerned and hiding behind legal barriers. Customer is left with all the work to do.
I would not recommend using this service and I note that the standing rating is in line with our experience.
My own o2 contract is due for renewal shortly, guess what...
