we all updated are phones for chistmas in our house hold and decided we get rid of a couple of them as weve got spares. so searching the net i found o2 recycle. read up on their webpage and it all seemed simple enough you send your phone and they'll put money in bank on the same day.
so i payed £9 for special next day delivery which they recieved and sent a email saying that the phones was not cosmetically damhaged and a 10% reduction on both phones. i wasnt to bothered as we had no use for them. one week later still havent recieved any money so i called them this morning and spoke to a [name removed] who was really rude and abnoxious. her atitude was if you dont want to wait for the money you can have your fone back. so when i quoted her that on there web page says that money will be in the bank same day phone is recieved, she began to read me the riot act hahaha i couldent believe it she asked me if i read the small print and that if the phone is damaged in any way that payment will be delayed by a minimum of 2 working days and it has been 7 working days upto now. ive tryed to call the back and someone keeps answering the phone and putting it down straight away.
first 02 is the last network to get 4g and now trying to rob there loyal customers whos been with them since they was btcellnet. time to change carriers. they are really begging it.
