MYFPs list of acceptable criteria for a working phone is vague, and when their engineer found a fault I was unaware of their re-quote price was VERY low. Their level of communication is very poor and they do not send communications as stated on their website or T&Cs - this inparticular led to me being without the device for 2 months whilst I awaited delivery - very frustrating!

When I went to log feedback on their website the link took me to an error page!

Not too worried about the price (though from other reviews I get the impression they drop the price more than others), but dealing with the company was very frustrating!!
