I posted my phone to this company expecting to get the full value of £128 because my Iphone 4s was in mint condition with no marks or scratches. Imagine my disappointment when I received an email to say that after assessment, they were only prepared to pay me £27 because they had detected some sort of condensation. I asked them to return the phone to me and told them I was astounded to hear their assessment and did not agree that there was anything wrong with the phone. My son recommended Mazuma so I sent my phone off to them and in 3 days received the full valuation of £130. I will definitely be recommending Mazuma to my friends and family but would never use or recommend Mobile phone Xchange to anyone.
