Overall I would say that the service is very good. The only problem I encountered was when I tried to accept a lower price for a phone I submitted. When I clicked on the second acceptance box, nothing appeared to happen. Even closing the page and reopening it did not clear the problem. I left it and then received a conformation message to day saying that the sale had been processed!
