After having a terrible time with one of their main rivals I turned to Mazuma in the hope that not all companies of this ilk were the same, that couldn't be further from the truth. I sent my phone off in my own packaging using their freepost label and it arrived 2 days later. I was informed by email that it had been received and 5 and a half hours later the money was in my bank account. I received emails updating me throughout that time, package received, phone processed and payment made. After having 2 weeks of nightmare troubles with Envirofone in relation to the same phone it was so refreshing to deal with an honest company that do exactly what they say they will. I will never use another company other than Mazuma in the future and would recommend them to anybody looking for a good price and exceptional service.
