Quick & efficient

I've never sold a mobile phone before, so after a lot of web-browsing I plumped for Mazuma. I completed the online form, and around 36 hours later the envelope arrived, to send my phone to them. The instructions were very clear, and I just had to tick one box about whether it was locked or unlocked. I cleaned the phone (Samsung Galaxy S6) properly, reset it, and I must say, it looked immaculate!

So I sent it off Special Delivery (£7.25), but I could have sent it normal post free of charge. The bag was very strong, and I just wrapped it in cling film. Next morning I had an email saying that the phone had arrived and they would let me know when they had examined it. An hour or two afterwards the money was in my bank account!

Fantastic service. I'm very happy with Mazuma's efficiency and the fact that they didn't try to say that it wasn't perfect and they would only give me such and such. I got what I was hoping for, which is more than other sites I had checked.

In a way I'm sorry I only change my phone every couple of years. Whatever, in 2019 I'll use them again!
