I am still waiting for payment for a phone I sent in June . It is now September. they keep telling me that because their warehouse was broken in to and my phone stolen, they cannot pay out until they receive the insurance report. It is now 3 months of chasing and they keep telling me the same thing. Really angry as they should pay customers regardless of what happens to their stock overnight. They appear to be still trading as usual but somehow they don't think I should be paid for my property. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs!
