firstly you only get working or faulty on the phone I selected
which is rather vague once they received my phone they offered me half the money they had advertised then when I complained they said well its a bit beat up that's why they only offered half the price and I said to them their website does not say anywhere about the actual condition of the phone
but they wouldn't budge and their customer service is so slow I sent it off over a month ago and still waiting for my money
