I was initially concerned I might never see my phone or my money again, but I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient Fonehub were. I accepted the quote in the evening, and the padded envelope arrived in the next morning's post. Two days after sending my phone, I received confirmation of receipt, and I was kept informed by email as matters progressed. The cheque was with me two days after final confirmation.

Only one minor grumble. The website said I would be sent a padded envelope by post, but the Order said I had to provide my own. Luckily, a padded envelope arrived by mail before I invested in buying my own!
