I was very happy with the communication, speed, despatch of cheque. I was unhappy with an email that said my payment would be just over £20 less than promised on original quote. The explanation was that the phone was not on the specified network, which is completely wrong as I've not changed my network provider for more than 5 years. So the amount promised was not fulfilled despite the phone being immaculate in appearance and its functions.
