I sold my s3 to Envirofone a week ago, originally quoted around £130, end up getting £58 because there was a TINY crack on the back of the phonein transit...The back cover cost £3 to £5 on eBay. I wrote to their customer service and they told me they don't repair phone that's why they deduct the amount whenever these things happen. I can either wait 14 days to have my phone back, or take the £58. I took the £58 because I don't want any hassle and risk to lose/damage my phone in transit. The service is pretty straight forward, but the customer service is terrible and the answer I got from email looks like an automatic reply.

We apologize that you were less than satisfied with our customer service. We always return phones free of charge if a customer is not happy with our offer and most phones are returned within a couple of days.
