Sent in my old blackberry as was best offer. Phone was received and processed was emailed sayin payment would be made with 48 hours. How wrong 5 days later my account moved to payment made. Received a further email saying money would clear within 3 -5 working days 7 - 10 working days in busy times. 5 working days have passed and still no money. Have phoned and emailed but keep getting told different things. Have reported them to trading standards who said they have breached their contract. Was told today payment would take 7 - 14 working days. Bank transfers these days are same day.
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS AND SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE INTERNET.
THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR RATING.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY CLEAR OF CASH 4 PHONES.
