Recently sent a Blackberry 8320 to Cash4Phones which was valued at £60.06. 72 hours later they sent an email to say the phone was subject to 'excessive wear and tear' and offered £24.02 instead. I rejected this offer as the phone is less than 3 months old and was in perfect condition. I had to pay £8.95 to have the phone returned. Companies such as these should not be allowed to trade, NEVER EVER USE THEM.
