Although i sent a phone of no great value (£14)to be told it was only worth 1/2 the original price offered due to 'excessive scratching' i feel is very harsh, but also to be told that if i regect the offer they will charge me £4.95 to return the phone is a joke.
Beware of this company and check T and C before sending anyhting to them.
