My phone has a hardware dysfunction and it completely shut down my phone. I couldn't even turn it on. Went to the tmobile store, they said they would overnight me a new one. Didn't get it the next day, called 4 times, talked to 3 supervisors and got different stories from each person. By the end of the day it was still unclear if and when my phone was going to arrive. I'm so frustrated my their customer service, I'm thinking of canceling my contract, and telling everyone I know not to use them!
