If you've had bad service at O2 and want to complain, I wouldn't bother. You get pushed around from one place to another and if you complain about O2 in store then you'll get shrugged shoulders, 'it's not our fault this happened what do you want us to do about it?'
This is Skipton by the way, having had loads of problems with my Grandad's phone. He was completed misguided by Keighley o2 and between visits to Keighley and Skipton store (which took over 5 hours and 6 visits with various family members) to sort it, I complained about the whole ordeal to the Skipton staff who basically told me there's nothing they're going to do about it because Keighley started it, and the connection problem was O2 in general. Erm, as far as I'm concerned you are O2. Nope, they wouldn't accept any responsibility on behalf of O2 as a company. Shocking.
