I had been meaning to order this free SIM for some time. I renewed my Plus TV contract at the end of December and proceeded to follow the telephone link to order the SIM. 3 times I gave all the details asked and was put on hold whilst being transferred to the relevant department and each time after a lengthy hold I was cut off. I waited for either a callback or delivery of the SIM since I'd provided all the details but nothing transpired. Today I have navigated the website to order online. Things have gone smoothly so I am hoping that my SIM card will finally arrive. I was disappointed that my experience of claiming the card was both frustrating and complicated.
