fIdO are big time cheats. Please do not ever, I say EVER, join fido. They will only rip you off for something's you haven't even used. I had to pay so much for the data I did not use. I acknowledged this problem so many times but they keep me responsible to fix it. Being a customer they would love to charge me for the data I haven't used but not help me figure out what exactly led to the extensive charge for the claimed amount on downloads.
