“Customer Service is awful”

Every time my wife or I call the customer service line we get a person based in India. We can't understand each other and nothing gets done. It's almost like they do it on purpose to prevent us from canceling. When I did cancel my account, I'm moving abroad, they tried to tell me that I require an extra months pay for not giving them 30 days notice. I'm literally out of the country and they want a payment. Instead, I put a stop payment on my bank account and I will never be a customer of three again.
