I have been a three customer for about 6 years, started on PAYG, then moved onto contracts.

We loved house about 2 years ago, called three at signal was almost non existent inside and outside our new home. We obviously informed them we'd moved, they sent a booster box out to the new address to deal with the problem.. It made it slightly better, so we left it at that.

They never updated our address on their system and so for 20 months the old address was still set as the main address and all bills and correspondence has been going there.

I only found out a few days ago, complained and was told I'd have a call back. They still haven't called back.

If I had, had suspicious activity on my credit report I would be taking then through the courts.

Ther seriousness of this complaint would surely require a fast response, but nothing!

They failed to tell us our contracts where coming to an end aswel. Mine ends in 8 days, my partners ended 28/6/17, no communication from three what so ever regarding it, no text no email. Partner ended up going over by about a week, totally unaware he could change over to another provider.

They've lost a loyal customer in me, and will be taking this to the ombudsman services communications department if I don't receive a satisfactory explanation as to why and how all of these issues have happened!
