I found having just renewed my contract over the phone that when I needed help transferring numbers etc that the staff in the bridges 3 shop seemed to excel in telling me that they couldn't help because I didn't get the phone off them
also it Is displayed that shop opens at 09:00 but when they eventually opened the shutters at 09:18 a partially sighted lady had given up and the good natured security guard had helped her to another shop
