I would not recommend renewing with Three under any circumstances. I have just received the most appalling customer service from the upgrade team and when I asked to speak to he manager she was even less helpful and put down the delay in my new phone being delivered late ( when I upgraded online the delivery date I received automatically was December 22nd) to being ' my fault', that something I must have done whilst ordering online had generated this date! I have been told that the date will be jan 9th due to the colour of phone I ordered being out of stock. When I explained I wasn't bothered about the colour, just about the phone arriving ( the last model I had from three died 6 weeks ago so I am paying for a phone that no longer works and a new one that hasn't yet arrived) the manager said it was 'my fault' for changing my mind about the colour! She spoke over the top of me, dealt with me contemptuously and had no interest in solving the problems of late delivery for what should have been a 'valued' customer. I cannot change my order and of I now try and leave I have to give 30 days notice and pay in the meantime. They have me over a barrel! Never have I received such appalling customer service from any provider.

They didn't unlock my phone after fulfilling 2 years contract with them, kept sending me codes which didn't unlock my phone, they have the worst connection ever, I had to put my case to ombudsman after all. Waiting now till my case is solved.
