Three good job you've employed a pony for your customer advertising makes a change from the donkeys we normally associate.

Incident 1
Sold Iphone contract on £15 reduction on upfront cost, gave 1 months admin time, then discovered the credit had not been applied. Contacted CS services only to find no credit applied, when challenged CS rep stated I made up the credit requirement. Advised of misselling contract and I'll see them in court, was passed onto supervisor, then to another group who after 30 mins agreed credit to my account.

Incident 2
Ipad renewal. Contacted CS (Feb 2013) to be given upgrade options :-
Ipad mini £59 upfront £24 *24 (Good deal)
Ipad retina £99 upfront £24 *24 (Good deal)
Left situation as was until second call March (2013)to check out new deals
Advised by CS advisor I was obviously making up above offers, as you do wasting 30 mins of life on phone to a cretin because you have nothing else to do.
As a result no contract renewal for me just by 30 days notice.
Well done !!! Three on your miselling practices another satisfied customer without your service.
