Dropped my phone in water, screen smashed and water damage. Made claim on Tuesday, can only do this online and they 2 days to look at claim only to come back and say they need proof of purchase - this wasn't asked for at first point. Provided this had to wait another 2 days, this took it to the weekend - which they are closed. Head nothing Monday, called them after being on hold for 40 mins they finally approved my claim, paid £50 to be told it had to go for repair - this 3-5 days to be told it couldn't be fixed - could have told them this at the start, then told the replacement would be reconditioned and couldn't say what colour - I received Silver when my phone was Gold - the whole thing took nearly 4 weeks - DO NOT USE!!!
