I have been insured with these guys for nearly 10 years this is my 1st time making a claim first of all they lost my firs claim form sent another which arrived within the next day I recorded an email stating that it would be assessed within 1 working day (LIE!!!) we are now on day 3 I've called up today to be told it's with the higher assessment people and they have no time limit even though when I rang yesterday I was told I'd hear from them later that evening.....it's an absolute joke there is no communication slowest insurance company I've ever been with personally I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who wants their phone back within a reasonable time frame fuming!!!!!
