I have used other spyware on my child's phone and the support was awful with ongoing breaks in service to top it off. The application might need more improvements to some of the features they have. It can get quite troublesome going through some of the logs. I am using SG from different countries as the target device phone and one of the biggest things i face is a lot of the issues needs the target phone to be at reach to solve. I dont blame SG since that is my problem to begin with but if in the future, troubleshooting without the need to access the device would be great. I have had problems mainly with recorded calls and recording surroundings. But with that being said, SG provides one of the best and fastest support service. Every time i go online and seek support help from the 24/7 support desk, i always get a swift and prompt reply from the service staff. One of the best experience is with Troy Adams, who has been extremely helpful and patient with my insistent need for help with troubleshooting. If you are seeing this Troy, THANK YOU good sir! I would definitely recommend the service, despite the need for subtle improvement. i have had no serious problems with SG and their service cancels out the problems you might face.

I am using SG for Android and have had a real good experience and overall functionality is very good. But I suppose some improvements are needed to make it more useful. 1. SG should allow multiple downloads of calls recording. We should be able to select a number of calls and download those with single click. 2. SG displays only 10 records on one page and browsing to older records (specially location records and old call records) becomes very time consuming and some time SG logs out due to time factor. So, number of records (call logs, recordings, location) on one page be increased upto 200 records on one page. (User should have option to select as to how many records user wants to see on one page. 3. Records / logs of a particular date can be searched. The search option should should be extended to time also (ability to search from a particular time to a particular time of specific dates). 4. Resetting of the service option should be available in the control penal. So that user can himself/herself reset a service at any time without contacting help line. 5. Recording surroundings mostly does not work even if the connection status is green. Plz improve its functionality.

It does not work most of the time. It does not give the address on the GPS you have to click on the view when it should just have the address next to the view location. Half the time like right now it has no new data-I just called and text the target phone and it did not register that I called or text. Recorded calls are garbled cant understand a word of what is said. Just every thing about this product sucks-that has been my experience. stealthgenie for a Android Hydro 404 is a waste of money because you only receive half of the calls and text messages. GPS is off also.

I love this software , it works good , nothing is perfect in the world. But it's doing the job.i used it for over a year and it really works., sometimes it doesn't record some calls , but its very rear, but am happy with it.

Bought the Premium package for the iPhone only to be lied to! You can’t record calls, to listen to surroundings you have to send an SMS message from your phone to the spied on phone (yes they see it), geotracking is horribly off, email feature doesn’t work, etc. Buy this only if you want to monitor texts. That’s it! What a waste of money for the PREMIUM version. I can literally only record texts? r u serious

StealthGennie is a terrible value for the money. Save your money and purchase something that really works. Several features do not work as advertised: -24/7 Support: The advertisement of 24/7 support is a joke. More often than not, support was either offline, or unresponsive. Worked with a support person who just stopped responding. Even after more than one hour of me trying to engage him. He never responded. Now, I cannot get any support. The support window will say "Online". However when I entry my name and email address, it will either switch immediately to "Offline" , or it the chat window will just remain open with no response. I have complained about some feature not working and requested resolution. As a result I believe that I have been blacklisted by the support staff. -SMS alerts: They fail to state on their website that this feature has been deactivate behind the scenes because some uses were complaining about data charges. In this day and age of unlimited data, I don't see how this is a problem. If the user does not have unlimited data, then they can just turn this feature off. -Geo Tracking: Seems to be accurate most of the time, but often gives extraneous tracking routes. Also, the ordering of the routing is confusing, and not straight forward. Intuitively one would thing that the routes should be labeled from A-Z, but it seems to be the reverse. Geo Fencing: Potentially very good, but logs everything as "Enters", so very confusing. -Recording Surroundings: This feature almost never works from the dashboard. There is an SMS command option, however, their website never tells you that the text message can be seen on the target phone. This leaves the tracking as anything but "Stealth". Having to make up covers for the cryptic SMS commands defeats the purpose of secreting monitoring the phone. Data from the recording is loaded to the dashboard 24-72 hours later. Again, not as advertised on their website. -Date/Time stamp on Geo Location does not show your current time zone location. This is minor, because you can easily convert time zones. But again, this is not what is advertised on the website. Potentially could be top notch software, but too many features not working as advertised. 24/7 support is unresponsive and sometimes unprofessional.

If you got any error in sending the online remote command then please perform a hard reboot to your target device that is by taking off the batteries and putting them back in to restart as this would refresh the device session. These commands may be visible to the target user, and should be used only in case the status of the target phone is not showing as a Green dot (connected to Internet). I learned the truth almost immediately once I began using this product. Support staff are there to help when you need them too. This is positively worth the effort and time which is minimal in my opinion. If you are tired of lies and deceitful people around you and you are the one paying all the bills - get your money's worth and then some by using their product.

The application is very efficient and has great performance. Some of the features don't work if the phone is not unblocked, but other than that it's excellent. Great live support always avaliable to the clients.

Excellent services. But plz add few things. Improve remote commands by enabling to send a remote command without waiting for the green light. When ever SIM changes in cell phone, Sg should tell us the SIM number too.

Please do some changes so as v can hear th opponents voice clearly,talking to th target phone. By this v can also get to know th person is ok or he/she is misguiding our owns.

SG provides good monitoring but it definetly needs to review geotracking. Many times i receive false notifications: the target phone would be at my sight within the green zone but the geo tracking sends me notification that the target phone is entering the green zone when is obvious that there has not been any leaves or entering. The SMG is very good but it does miss some of the chain responses. The recorded calls only allows to hear one side if the conversation. Overall SG is good but for the cost i expect no errors with the system. The false notifications in geotracking has giving me lack of trust in SG which could cause more problems.

Some time i have to find the target to reinstall the app, because some anties spy or clean virus app (setuped on the phone) can recognize the StealthGenie & remove it.
