The only things that work are call logs, comtacts, sms, photos and videos. It occassionally missed sms msgs but I can accept nothing is perfect. Geotracking works sometimes but to be fair that might be because the user has turned off gps.
I chose StealthGenie so I could view BBM msgs but this has never worked even though I have looked at the phone and saw that it is being used. Remote commands have not worked, there is no way to view internet usage like the demo shows.
I havent been able to contact any one through customer support. I have not once got a responce and have contacted them 4 times. I will continue to use this application because I am unable to get the phone to install a new software but am very dissappointed. Stealth genie is nothing special and makes many false claims. If you are just looking to see photos, videos, contacts, sms and call logs though... it does do that.
