One of the worst companies imaginable

I paid £8 for the midi bag and £60 for collection. I read all of the small print about filling and siting the bag. All of this do's and don'ts raised a red flag to me, so I was extra careful to do everything precisely. The bag was sited directly by the kerb in a garage block and the access road to it is wider than the lanes on a normal highway. Guess what? They refused to collect it and told me to relocate the bag by the highway and then they would charge me another £40 to collect. What a complete rip off.
There seems to be a consistent theme in these reviews - take your money and run off with it.
