I agreed with other reviewers. The mini fridge does work well for beers. But you cannot expect it to work like a real fridge. I bought one when I had to share an apartment with other people and it was narrow.

A great fridge for drinks. But it does not work for stuff like icecream or food. Should you want to store food in the fridge, be sure you will not be away for more than 24 hours. Or the food might go bad.

Looks good, and is good for the occasional BBQ.
But after a week its character changes and it won't reach chiller temperature. Mid-summer you'll be lucky to get down to 10 degrees c, despite turning it up from 3 to 5.
All in all - very disappointing.

We have had this beer fridge for Five years, and it performs adequately within its limitations. It is not comparable to a full-size kitchen refrigerator, and should be thought of as a chiller.
For some reason there are no ventilation slots to allow waste heat to escape, so the sides and top get very warm, which must affect the contents. In cool weather it maintains 4 degrees Centigrade on setting 2, but in the summer (when you want it) has difficulty in maintaining 5 degrees on setting 3. If you are constantly opening and closing the door, it's just a cupboard.

Doesn't refrigerate anything! In my opinion the Husky Stella Artois Drinks Chiller is absolutely useless.

Well the Husky Stella Artois Drinks Chiller does the job keeping the cans cool on a hot summers night, also good for keeping anything cold that you want to keep cold. The size of the unit is ideal and looks good on my porch!

Overall the Husky Stella Artois Drinks Chiller is a so so fridge with great looks but problems with durability?

I also own a stella husky personal fridge, which I'm thrilled with!
I bought it on the strength of its cooling power. It is a real 'fridge' rather than a one of those 'thermo-electric' chillers, which do take forever to cool drinks.
The Husky fridge works exactly the same way as a normal kitchen fridge, it's just smaller. The idea of a real fridge really appealed to me, and it does the job perfectly! The door even closes itself if you forget!!

We bought this Husky Stella Artois Drinks Chiller last year, I kept getting in trouble from the wife for filling up the main fridge with beer, apparently she needed room for "important" things like food - pfff...women! :-) so when I saw this while doing the weekly shop in Asda I couldn't resist. Its very cool - like a smaller version of the fridges you see in off licenses with a solid glass door and the Stella Artois logo printed onto the glass. I'd guess that it will hold about 35 500ml cans if you really want to squash them in. As this is a chiller not a fridge dont expect the drinks to get cool very fast - I find if you put your drinks in the day before they will all be perfectly chilled by the time you want them, but be warned if you leave the door open longer than neccasary the chiller will loose its, er, chill.
To sum up this is a very trendy thing to have in your house, it does what it supposed to do perfectly, myself and the wife couldn't be happier. Recommended.
