I heard Isabella Oliver was one of the best, my sister is pregnant and I wanted to get her the best. I purchased and it came fast but when I felt the material, was not worth what I paid :(

Ordered expensive top according to their advice of ordering my usual pre-pregnancy size. Arrived quickly, ok quality (although probably not worth the price) but sizing totally off - did not do up around chest and to get correct size would require a size 2 UK sizes bigger than current. Also have to pay postage to return item, which I am annoyed about as followed their advice as to sizing. Wouldn't bother trying them again.

I purchased a lot of clothing on Isabella Oliver and have been highly disappointed. Their prices are ridiculous, when I first wore the clothing I thought wow good clothing, finally good maternity. With the first wash ALL of them started shrinking despite washing in cold water like their instructions indicate. Not only that, they didn't state that I will be hit with VERY HIGH import duty prices. After a few months I suddenly receive a bill from FedEx for express shipping - it was their decision to ship express. I contacted IO, FedEx sent my bill to collections agency. IO refuses to do anything about it telling me they were transparent and its beyond their control. So ridiculous. I don't recommend them and suggest you stay away from them unless you want to waste your money. They don't stand behind their clothing, and don't care about their customers.

The clothes look so lovely one their website and when i placed my order for the wrap jacket style top (£70) i had high expectations.
Came in a lovely posh box and nice tissue paper but got to say i was really dissapointed with the quality. Don;t get me wrong it;s not shabby market stall quality but for £70 for 1 top (i had bought as a treat to cheer me up) it was not worth the money.
Could find just the same non-maternity type and quality top on the high street for a 1/4 of the price, i felt cheated.
Totally doesn't live up to the hype.

1. I can find similar maternity or non-maternity alternatives for much less.
2. wrap tops: very difficult to manage. needs adjustment every time after going to bathroom. it looks great but is not practical.
3. pants (I bought 3 pairs, all have same problem): too tight under-belly, very very uncomfortable on the baby, i dread to wear them, so instead i packed them away and will be wearing them after the delivery.
Isabella Oliver Maternity Wear are great design. i feel (mentally) and look good in their clothes.they can become part of my regular wardrobe after delivery. friendly customer service
