I purchased a Tripp pink hard shell case 3 years ago from Debenhams Uxbridge ,have used about 5 times the
Zip has gone so now is totally unusable !! I go on holiday on Friday so am going to have to buy a new one which I could well have done without am I entitled to a replacement?

We're very sorry to hear that there's an issue with the zip on your suitcase. We operate a 5 year manufacturing guarantee on all of our products so we would need to inspect the product to ascertain if it's covered. If you could please contact us by email and include your contact details, we will ask the Tripp concession in Uxbridge to call you and arrange an instore inspection. Inspections can be done in any Debenhams store with a Tripp concession so please let me know if this isn't the most convenient for you.
