After thesecond use of my Tripp case, I found that the Extendable handle would not extend resulting in having to stoop all the time.
When explaining this to the store I purchased it from (Boundary Mills) I was told that you take luggage on aircraft at yur own risk.
Surely luggage should be designed to withstand the rigours of the average baggage handler, if not what's the point buying it.

I had a similar experience, followed by dent which turned into a crack. The case lasted one year which equated to six round trips to Brazil from the UK. Not impressed at all as this luggage is not from the cheap and cheerfull range.
