It was easy and efficient to register and payment was smoothe and trouble free. There was even better to come. Confirmation of the order and details of the FREE delivery (2-5) days followed swiftly. An email the following day told me when I could expect delivery and to check for the one-hour delivery slot. The package was delivered within the one-hour window as promised. The suitcase I purchased was in a stout carboard container that was easy to access.
