Hello,

I'd just like to introduce myself as Review Centre's Travel Accessories Expert. If there is anything you want to know about this category, please feel free to ask me a question. I will do my utmost to give you the best possible answer.

So, here is a little bit about me. I am an avid traveller, you name it, I've been there, or want to go there. Travelling abroad is one of my main passions in life. I'm the most compact packer there is, I can easily fit a weeks holiday into a cabin suitcase. The trick? Always pack travel accessories that are built with travel in mind.

After two weeks, two phone calls and an email I have still not received my item despite promises that it was on the way. I have requested a refund but no response. Do not buy from this store unless you want to throw your money away.

“Website picture very misleading! ”

I recently purchased 2 pieces of matching Samsonite luggage from the online shop. The express purpose was for the 2 pieces to stack so I could manage my luggage myself. Based on the picture on their website which shows a duffle that looks like it has rigid ends, I ordered a duffle on wheels and the matching smaller duffle with a stacking strap which I was going to use for cosmetics, etc. The luggage arrived just the day before our journey. When I packed my things, the load was very imbalanced. It did not stack, nor did it even stand up. I was unable to manage my luggage myself, and even my very strong son-in-law struggled with this unmanageable load. When I returned, I immediately contacted the Luggage Superstore and was asked if I could exchange these pieces for something that would stack. I told that since I had used the luggage there was nothing they could do. I then asked them to please contact Samsonite to see if they could help. Reluctantly, they said they would. I had to chase them for a response, and was hand d over to another employee who said they would chase. The answer came back there was nothing could be done. I had used the luggage and that was that. No exchange, no refunds. I am very unhappy with my experience and think I have been mislead by the picture shown on their website. They blame me and say I should have known that a duffle would never stack. I did not know that. So, and n the end, I am now stuck with expensive luggage that is usable and the Luggage Superstore unwilling to help me. A very very bad experience.

“A Rolls Royce Service”

“Terrible!”

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering from this site. The Samsonite case I ordered will not be delivered in time for my holiday, apparently still in Belgium! I have requested a refund and will go and buy the same product at the same price elsewhere. Very disappointed.

“Don't buy from them - delivery dates are dishonest”

Delivery for my recent purchase was promised "between 21-25 November". Nothing arrived by 25 November. Further assurances than goods would arrive on 26 November were similarly worthless. We have therefore left for holiday with the luggage we paid for. What's worse, we could have bought it elsewhere for the same price and more reliable delivery. Don't use this firm.

“Misleading adverts and Poor Service”

Here is the text of my last substantive email to the company. I have had no reply: To: Sales - Luggagesuperstore Sent: Friday, 6 May 2016, 13:00 Subject: Re: Your order at Luggage Superstore Hi A The case was not delivered in the estimated delivery period. This is the sequence: • I was told on 3rd May by text that it would be delivered on 4th May so I changed all my appointments and waited in all day but it didn't turn up • I emailed you and said the consignment had mysteriously gone missing and you said you sent another case for delivery on 6 May • On 5th May I got a text to say it was coming on 6th May • I asked if it could be delivered on the morning of 6th May and you said you would try and then said you had requested it to arrive before noon • On 6th May the delivery tracking system showed the consignment had not arrived in their possession so I emailed you • You said it was your mistake in that you had had ticked the wrong box to request delivery on Saturday 7th before noon but would try to resolve the matter • I then got a text at 0858 to say that the delivery would happen between 1008 and 1108 • I then got a text at 0939 to say that the delivery company had not received the parcel from you so the delivery would not happen today - I emailed you • At shortly after 1000 on 6th May the luggage arrived I opened it and found the dimensions are considerably less than that advertised (even allowing for very large wheels within the overall dimension: which is not made clear on your website). The dimensions are 4 x 1 x 7 cm smaller than advertised. This is misleading. You have now offered to have the case collected. My problem is, however, that I need the case next week and I will not have time to get an alternative if I send it back. My only alternative now is to use two suitcases. This is not ideal and defeats the objective of buying one large suitcase that is also manoeuvrable. Had the dimensions been accurately displayed I would have bought a larger suitcase. Your website also advertised that a free set of luggage scales would be included with the suitcase. These were not in the box when I opened it. I feel there is a strong case for you to compensate me for this inconvenience. The issues are: 1) The suitcase is much smaller than advertised 2) The company did not make it clear that the 9cm high wheels were included in the size calculation (making the case even smaller in actual useable dimensions) 3) The free gift was not sent with the consignment 4) The delivery arrangements were abysmal and lost me two days work 5) The company is now ignoring me and my complaints.

“Overall Great, Case as described, Delivery a little slow”

Ordered Samsonite case from Luggage superstore as they seemed to offer the best price and also stated they would throw in some FREE luggage weighing scales with my case. Case arrived today was all great and as described, Well packaged and sent via Tracked Courier. I got an automated text message from luggage superstore a few days ago saying my order would be with me today (And it was, so fair play). Only one thing to bare in mind, I'd advise you to order your case from here in good time as delivery took 9 days in total. Not a big problem for me as I ordered my case a good few weeks prior to my holiday when I would need it. However, if you need it to arrive promptly I would recommend paying extra for express delivery. Overall good, As described. Happy

“Good value and helpful customer services”

I found Luggage Superstore on Google after finding my perfect hand luggage. I was weary about placing the order due to some of the reviews left on various sites, however I went ahead. I got a 10 percent discount which was a bonus and worked out cheaper than buying from American Tourister or a stockist. I placed the order on the 1st Feb and was delivered on the 5th Feb so quick delivery. I did ring customer services for a tracking number and the staff were incredibly helpful and assisted me in the query. I would definitely consider Luggage Superstore if I need to order more suitcases. The American Tourister Lightway arrived in perfect brand new condition and had the manufacturer tags on such as the warranty info and the Ryanair approved label. Thanks Luggage Superstore.

“EXCUSES EXCUSES but PAYPAL DISPUTE did the trick”

I ordered a Delsey Montsouris case which was supposed to be here between the 2nd to 8th December, I emailed twice, rang and left a message and used social media...but did not receive a response. I paid using PAYPAL for safety and am soooo glad I did. I raised a dispute and within half and hour received a call to say sorry the case is still in France but they thought it was on the lorry and should be in the UK tomorrow. I said I needed the case for Friday, they tried to say they would get it to me before 10 Friday but I said no I think a refund is best...I agreed to close the dispute as long as my money was refunded straight away. It was. He owner said he had not had any calls or emails from me but I said I had them all logged in my email box. Funny they respond to Paypal dispute cases within moments but not to calls or email even social media. If you decide to use this company make sure you use Paypal. But I think there are plenty of others that are more reliable safer and provide proper customer service.

“Awful site!”

This site never reply to emails and do not send packages, they collect just the money. Many lies with that too. Terrible experience with this site that I do not advise to people. This site and to avoid if you want to keep your money. must report this site

Placed an order with Briefcase Superstore (same company and VAT number) in February 2015 and they couldn't fulfil the order so I obviously cancelled. After numerous attempts to have my money returned to date, 4th AUGUST 2015, I still haven't had my 40 quid returned. I would strongly advise against using this company.

“Had No Poblems At All”

i ordered a samsonite laptop bag from luggage superstore receiving a 10% discount, it took 5 days to receive my item via interlink. i didn't receive any emails letting me know that it had been dispatched but after checking my account i found out that it had been dispatched. I came on here after worrying that it was taking time and that i hadn't received any conformation via emails and saw that it had been given some poor reviews, but after 5 days i received the item, which as packaged excellent, the ba is in excellent condition. I woud defiantly use again and recommend to friends and family, i do think that maybe they should use email updates to reassure buyers, but apart from that i don't have any complaints

“Worst online experience”

Do not use this company unless you want to give up your money, be lied to and never receive any product. Despite being promised numerous times that my bag would be on its way the bag never materialised after 2 weeks. In the end I received a call with an apology through gritted teeth and telling me "stock management systems sometimes fail" and other fun excuses. At the end of the day, I can only tell you that there are other sites which will offer the same products at the same price so avoid this one at all costs!
