First luggage uk

I have used FIRST LUGGAGE service to transport home belongings in moving boxes and some suitcases from London to Stockholm .The transport went ok and they delivered on promised time, however the pick up and deliveries have been a nightmare as I had to help the drivers on each end with loading and unloading the stuff.
They don't mention this to you and it came as a chock to us twice!!! I even had to ask a neighbour in Stockholm to give me a hand, as the driver (DHL) left the stuff on pallets (not even at the door!) ) and disappeared in a hurry !! It didn't even help to discuss this with first luggage afterwards once these guys are been paid I guess! If you have a bad back or knees DO NOT USE THEM!! For the price i have paid I expected at least NOT to have to move the stuff myself and I am sure you can find some other company which offers the full service of moving and delivery in a sensible matter.

( by the way don't be fooled by all the positive reviews on their website, like me, as ALL of them are positive feedback!!)
