Curry House Is A Diamond In The Rough
Was introduced to this curry house on the East End London Food Tour. It was recommended as the best curry house on Brick Lane. I don’t know if that’s the case but it’s the best curry I’ve ever had. I had the spicy lamb bhuna with from the chef’s special menu with rice pilaf and my wife had the milder chicken tikka curry with balti and naan. Both were delicious!
Jakub provided excellent advice and service.

Aladin Brick Lane - Best Indian Restaurant In London
I was recommended to come here by a friend. The food was simply amazing and the atmosphere was great. The Haryali Masala was unique and different. The service offered was exceptional. Friendly attentive staff made the experience great. Will surely recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

First Time Here
I visited The Aladin with a friend last night and was impressed. It's not licensed, but they went to the off licence and purchased wine for us, and put one of the bottles in the 'fridge for us to keep it chilled.
The food was very good and the portions were good sizes. My friend doesn't eat meat, but there was a lot of choice for her too. My chicken tikka rezalla (may have spelt that wrong) was really tender and tasty. And it was freshly cooked.
The manager, Naz, was very friendly and checked that everything was ok. My only criticism was that the waiters kept checking asking whether we were ready to order (and we weren't, two women together... chat, chat, chat).
It was constantly busy in there, which I always think is a good sign, but they didn't try to push us out when we had finished eating but were still drinking; again, I like that in a restaurant. I hate being foreced out.
Our meal was really good value and I will definitely go back here.
