The food is prepared right infront of you so you know its fresh and the chef customizes your chosen dish according to your taste, whether you add extra chili or hold off on the garlic, you have the choice. There are different price categories so there is always something there to meet your budget. The only downside is that peak times can get real busy and finding a place to sit with a tray of food isn't the best.
