Worst Customer Service On The Phone
Worst customer service ever experienced! Spend 300£ with KES Lighting and received a damaged product. Tried to arrange pickup and called twice to confirm I would receive a text when the pick up person comes. The reps on the phone confirmed this would be the case. Unfortunately no text arrived and we had gone in the garden missed the doorbell. I called KES again to understand why I received no text- they didn’t care or apologiesed but told me it was now my problem and I had to pay for the return. The attitude of the person I dealt with was shocking, interrupting me throughout the conversation and telling me that they have no legal reason to assist. Customer experience? Who cares! I had taken a day off to be at home and have the package collected - what a waste of time

Completely Unhelpful Service
KES supplied a bathroom light without fitting instructions. I called and was told (apparently by the Managing Director) that they didn't have any instructions and couldn't help. Due to the lack of instructions, the light got damaged in the process of working out how to fit it. KES were completely unhelpful about providing a replacement and simply wanted to wash their hands of it. To cap it all a different employee later sent me the fitting instructions - which they had had all along! I'm still waiting for my replacement light. My advice is not to touch this supplier with a bargepole!

Rusty Light On Delivery
This company fails to comply with the Sale of Goods Act and has supplied substandard goods and lame excuses. Two rusty lights have been delivered and one broken light, and now they are ignoring my rights

This company offers helpful advice, prompt delivery and first-class customer service. When I had a problem with a product they investigated, sorted it out and sent a replacement within days - couldn't have been more helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Customer Service At Its Best
I have only used KES Lighting once so far, but the product quality was good,and the care with which it was packed was also good. Excellent people at answering questions, and they show a genuine interest in whether the product is satisfactory and all is going well with using it. I can think of a list of other companies who could learn a lot from KES!

I have ordered from Kes a few times and the service has been flawless. They go out of their way to get you the right product within your timescale requirements, even if that involves calling their suppliers. I have found their pricing to be very competitive. I simply wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Excellent And Personal Service
It is great to find a company with an internet presence but who remember that at the end of a virtual mouse click is a real life customer. We ordered a beautiful stained glass lamp from KES Lighting which arrived superbly packaged and accompanied by several personal emails informing us of progress at all stages of the dispatch process. We also received a follow up email to check that everything was satisfactory once the lamp had been delivered.
