KES supplied a bathroom light without fitting instructions. I called and was told (apparently by the Managing Director) that they didn't have any instructions and couldn't help. Due to the lack of instructions, the light got damaged in the process of working out how to fit it. KES were completely unhelpful about providing a replacement and simply wanted to wash their hands of it. To cap it all a different employee later sent me the fitting instructions - which they had had all along! I'm still waiting for my replacement light. My advice is not to touch this supplier with a bargepole!
