“Worst customer service ever.”

Just a joke! They eventually answer the phone, you spend over an hour while they try to talk you through mending the machine with frequent "I will just put you on hold", as they clearly haven't a clue what they are doing. This was one week ago and we waited in all morning for the machine to be collected, but needless to say it wasn't. They booked it in for the wrong week! They have missed the deadline for tomorrow, so now we are looking at the day after tomorrow and staying in all day again. Cannot believe they are so incompetent.
